  1. Kia ora Priyasha,

This is Charlotte from the Summer Learning Journey.

Hokitika Gorge looks like a beautiful place! Thank you for sharing.

It’s so nice that you take your family there to visit! If I ever travel to the area I would definitely visit it!

Living in Auckland, I have relatives that come over from England to visit, so I usually take them to the Sky Tower, beaches and museum. It is so interesting to see where you take guests in Hokitika.

Where else do you recommend people should visit on the west coast?

    Keep up the great work!

  2. Kia ora Priya,

Fiona here from the Summer Learning Journey. I really enjoyed reading your post about visiting the Hokitika Gorge. I must visit this beautiful place one day!

There are so many awesome activities to try for this year's Summer Learning Journey! Have you seen the recent activities? You can check them out here. I think you would really enjoy them! My favourite activity from this week is the Summer Song Maker task, where you get to make groovy music. Here is the link if you want to give it a try!

Remember that everyone who participates will receive a certificate and a digital badge for their blog and there are some great prizes up for grabs for our most active bloggers. It's also a lot of fun!

I hope to see more of your awesome blog posts over the summer.

    Mā te wā,
    Fiona (SLJ).
